You can't really go wrong with a rich, decadent dessert to treat your dinner guests or surprise that certain someone. This recipe only uses 4 simple ingredients and when it comes to using those egg yolks I have the perfect recipe that will be released next week.
Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- Chocolate ~ 150g

Method
- 1. Start by breaking some rich dark chocolate into a bowl and place over a pot of boiling water to melt the chocolate until smooth and glossy
- 2. Now pour 2 egg whites into another mixing bowl and begin whisking. Be sure to save the egg yolks because the next recipe I release will use them up.
